This might help you to identify an authentic Raketa watch. "Sekonda" is another brand name owned by "Petrodvoretz watch factory". It was used for export lots of "Raketa" watches.
My regards to Dmitri Gorelik who worked at the quality control at "Petrodvoretz watch factory" at the time and helped me to purchase many "Raketa" watches. It was a time of a total deficit and it was not easy to do, especially in the amounts.
