Coat of arms of Tomsk Oblast was instituted on May, 1997. It exists in two variants: festive and daily. The author of Tomsk Oblast symbols was Alexander Yurievich Akimov.

Tomsk Oblast (daily blazon))

Tomsk. Instituted on March 20, 1804.

The new Tomsk blazon was instituted in October, 1998 by City Duma (this blazon was also created by Alexander Akimov).

Narym (old blazon). Instituted on March 17, 1785.

Narym (new blazon). Instituted on March 12, 1804.
