Is it a neutron bomb that can wipe out whole cities and melt granite 50 meters deep ? NO !
Is it an anthrax virus - the highly contageous desease that can kill 95 out of 100 infected people and that could be spread airborne to bring death to a lot of innocent folks ? NO !
Is it a space based laser cannon that can beam a high energy pulse and destroy all electronic equipment in the ballistic missile before it has a chance to hit its target ? NO !
In October 1917 it fired once at the `Winter Palace` in St.Petersburg and this single shot put the great Russia in ruins for the next 70 years...
It is a sad joke, but there is a truth in it. Can you imagine the course of history if the October revolution in Russia has failed ? There wouldn't have been bloody revolution, civil war, raskulachivanie, CheKa and KGB, Gulags, possibly - WWII. Hundreds of millions of lives saved...
Damn that cannon...
